APPRENTICES
$129 ($89 each additional conference)
Includes: iApp course ($55 value) + Training ($163 value)
Apprentices will apply first,
work through the App classroom,
and then purchase their registration after they’re accepted.
Apprentices will be empowered to:
- Discover theory and practicum designed specifically to take their leadership skills to the next level.
- Learn to model initiative.
- Explore and practice servant leadership
- Apply leadership and communication skills as they facilitate learning experiences for younger students.
- Gain practical skills to use in their chapters, including how to:
- Facilitate meetings
- Engage in intergenerational communication
- Give and receive clear instructions
- Receive support and encouragement to take their next step in their leadership journey.
- Brainstorm ways to build their Area Team within ICC.
- Anticipate applying skills learned in their everyday, real-life.

STUDENT INSTRUCTORS
$149 ($99 each additional conference)
Includes: iSI course ($69 value) + training ($215 value)
Student Instructors will apply first,
work through the SI classroom,
and then purchase their registration after they’re accepted.
Student Instructors will be empowered to:
- Strengthen abilities to mentor and be mentored by peers, as they:
- coach and instruct student (peer) participants
- prepare and teach with the guidance of an intergenerational team
- Practice leading with maturity and character, through:
- supporting and building a team of peers
- leading when not in charge
- applying peacemaking principles
- giving clear and well-planned directions to others
- Experience what it means to thrive within and adapt to dynamic situations as they:
- serve students of multiple ages and experience levels
- work in synchronization with adult leaders
- respond to shifts in direction and expectations
- Evaluate student learning by:
- setting objectives
- creating opportunities for practice and feedback
- asking good questions for carrying a conversation
- encouraging goal-setting
- debriefing activities
